good gearbox for my boat

Works well in my boat when matched up with my Toyan engine . I just wished all the gears in the gearbox were metal like the first two I bought . I have three of these gearboxes in my boat and I am concerned with the one gearbox with the plastic gear . Plastic gears and grub screws do not work well together when put on a steal shaft with any kind of load. I have ordered a fourth gearbox hoping it well be like the first two I bought with all metal gears gears
