The product: Awesome well built, and just as described. The package: Well packaged, and secured to prevent damages. The shipping: I had mine shipped to the U.S. Took about 3 weeks to get here. If you are going to get it shipped to the U.S, just be patient. You may ask for the tracking number so you can get updates on your package. (Many people including me get worried when it takes so long)
There might be a small issue with the lack of very clear, detailed instructions, but engines work out of the box. Still working out whether I need to change something in the fuel but as it is, it's a good engine to play around with. There was a small delay in shipping but once shipped the order was delivered quickly and the site support responded to my emails. 5/5, would recommend for small diy hobby projects or for learning.
